Can I finish my application later?
Yes. Use Save data, then return and verify the same email to continue. A draft does not reserve an appointment.
Can I change information after submission?
Applicant editing stops after submission. Contact the Population Office for corrections or rescheduling.
When will I receive my certificate?
After staff record counseling completion, the system generates the certificate and attempts to send it to your registered email. The office can also print it or resend a failed email.
Is my personal information shown in the charts?
The public statistics page displays grouped counts only. Names, addresses, photos, email addresses and individual responses are not shown. Small groups are suppressed.
